The Ponytail Palm is an easy-care plant that is very forgiving. They like bright light, but because they are so forgiving, if it only gets bright light for half the year, your plant will still be happy. For example, if you bring your plant outside in the summer and then inside for the winter, it will be fine.
 
The Ponytail Palm grows best in semi-dry conditions - let the soil dry out significantly between waterings.
